How do I use your service and how can I place an order?
We can accommodate your sign postage needs in several different ways. Simply phone/fax/or email us and we will respond promptly.
How can I be sure that my order/fax has been received and that the service I requested has been performed?
Simply provide your telephone number on any of our Real Estate Signage order forms in the area entitled "Voice Mail #". You will receive notification by phone the same day service is completed. If you are unsure that we received your order or fax, simply write "Possible Duplicate" on your existing form, or please fill out a new form and refax/send it to our attention. Please note that all online orders will receive order confirmation electronically.

How long will it take for the sign to be posted?
Our turnaround for Central Marin listings is within a two working day period, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, or inclement weather. We frequently provide same day or next day service whenever possible unless otherwise specified.
Non-Central Marin County listings may require a few extra working days so that we can allocate sufficient time for the driving time commitment.
Out of County listings may require a few extra days, as your signs must first be forwarded to the appropriate subcontractor for installation.
What riders do you stock for my listings?
We have over 35 stock riders, as well as brochure boxes (your 24 hour marketing assistant) as indicated on our Real Estate Signage Order Form. All of our riders are uniform and color consistent to enhance appearance and readability of your listings.

What sized signs do I need?
As a general rule, Marin County real estate signs should be 18 inches tall by 24 inches wide, with holes 16 inches apart (on center) top and bottom. They should include your area code as so many exist these days. Keep signs simple with just your company name and contact details, or just say "Offered By". This allows for their use for both rentals and sales as they can be supplemented with "For Sale" or "For Lease" or "For Rent" stock riders. When listing a property in the town of Ross, signs should not exceed 12 inches by 12 inches and should have a hole in each corner. Auxiliary riders are not allowed in Ross.
